Introduction of wood plastic composite: FYF180-180B

FYD180-180B is the WPC material that made of wood powder and plastic, which is usually called as the WPC flooring and the WPC decking. It has some features as below:

1. Low water absorption ratio
Why the WPC material is better than the natural wood? The water absorption ratio makes the sense. Natural wood is much easier to absorb water than the wood plastic composite material. Cause' the wood will produce the gap during its growing time, which makes it have more space and room to get the water and steam. However, the WPC introduces the extruding as its manufacture method, there is no space and room in the structure of the decking, except the holes we specially design.

2. Higher density
Because the WPC introduces the extruding manufacture method, so the raw material is pressed by the extruding machine, during the pressing process, air will be driven out and all the raw material will be completely molded by been heated and extruded. More important, the density is one of the most important references for the intensity.

3. Anti-aging/anti-UV
Normally speaking, the natural wood has to suffer the heavy aging and the structure of the wood material will crack under the shine of sunlight, especially the UV light. But, we add some healthy and environment addictive into the WPC materials, which makes the wood plastic composite deck have a better feature of anti aging than the natural wood. In this level, we can say that the WPC has a longer service life than that of the natural wood.

4. Anti-fading
In order to have a colorful and beautiful sight for the wood decking outdoor, people usually paint the wood decking, however, paintings not only give out the chemical matters, but also fades year after year. WPC uses the color addictive to get the color. For example, we will use the carbon to get the black, Fe2O3 makes the red, there are no chemicals, which also makes that our products is completely healthy.

5. Easy to shape
Compared to the natural wood, WPC is made of wood flour and the plastic by been heated and extruded. Whereas the natural is very hard to be shape into the object we want.
